“The most courageous thing one can do is open themselves to the vulnerability of change”

As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping my clients explore what authenticity and wellness mean to them and how we can map a path to fulfillment together. We’ll explore the barriers challenging change and progress, including beliefs about oneself and the world that contribute to feeling stuck. A focal point of my work involves challenging all-or-nothing thinking that can make change feel overwhelming or impossible. My approach emphasizes the importance of practicing both self-grace and accountability, as I believe this balance supports the goal of feeling confident and prepared to face life’s stressors.

A strength of my therapeutic approach is creativity and flexibility. I invite my clients to collaborate with me to find a structure that fits them rather than asking them to fit into a model. Whether it's learning new coping skills, processing experiences and emotions, or even integrating art or video games into our time together, I'm here to support your unique path to personal fulfillment.

I offer individual therapy sessions for clients ages 15+, and relationship counseling for couples and polycules. I specialize in treating concerns with anxiety, self-esteem, identity exploration, adjustment, communication skills, and behavioral difficulties, and provide affirming and knowledgeable care for members of the LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and non-monogamous communities.
